Returns and Refunds Policy

Most of what we sell is antique, vintage or one of a kind. We describe and photograph each item as honestly as we can. If you have a question before you buy, call us at (845) 918-1352 or send us a message through the website.

Online orders

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is in the same condition you received it. Please call or message us first to start a return. The buyer pays return shipping. Once we receive the item, we refund your original payment, minus the original shipping charge.

Untested electronics

Untested electronics can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged in shipping

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and the box, and we'll make it right.

In-store purchases

Items bought in our store can be returned within 7 days for store credit. Untested electronics bought in the store can be returned within 2 weeks for a refund.
